Statement of Compliance with Federal Law Cole Academy complies with all Federal laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination and with all requirements and regulations of the U.S. Department of Education. Cole Academy participates in the State of Michigan Community Eligibility Program (CEP) which means, all students eat free for the 2023-2024 school year. However, if a student wants MILK ONLY, there is a .50 cent fee for milk. Payment for milk can be made at the office or through e-Funds.
We still ask parents to complete the Education Benefits Form. This form is critical in determining the amount of money that our school receives from a variety of State and Federal supplemental programs like Title I A, At-risk (31a), Title II A, E-Rate, etc.
