Meet up and Eat
The SFSP, is a federally-funded Child Nutrition Program (CNP), also known as Meet Up and Eat Up. It is operated at the local level by program sponsors and is administered in Michigan by the Michigan Department of Education (MDE), Office of Health and Nutrition Services. The SFSP reimburses sponsors who serve free healthy meals to children in low income areas during the summer months when school is not in session.
To find local sponsors, visit the SFSP website and view the SFSP Sponsor Directory.
